We put love and care into every Elexra product, but if something isn’t quite right, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
While we take utmost care in packaging, if your order arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund promptly.
Our standard processing time is 2–4 business days. Once dispatched, most orders reach their destination within 5–7 business days. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way with tracking details.
